Do you do location shoots?
Puzzle Box Photography is currently in a transitional phase and therefore only Studio shoots are available at this time. I am conveniently located in Christ Church, just a short distance from Oistins.
What are your protocols during this pandemic?
I will be wearing a mask and and adhering to all national protocols. All clients are required to sanitise hands & wear mask for entry to studio (masks can be removed when shoot begins).
Social distancing is ensured with the camera lens used.
Please note: NO MASK BEFORE SHOOT, NO SERVICE.
Do I have to sign a contract?
At Puzzle Box Photography a Booking Form/contract is required to be completed before your photoshoot. This is to protect both client and Photographer's interests.
How safe is my information when I sign a booking form/contract?
Confidentiality is the foundation of Puzzle Box Photography. Any information shared via the booking form/contract or even shared during your photo shoot is kept in strictest confidence & will not be disclosed or shared with second or third parties.
Will you share my photos on your website or social media pages?
Your privacy is important to Puzzle Box Photography. It would be great to showcase your photos so others may enjoy the visuals, however your photos will not be displayed on any social media pages nor website without your consent.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash or via CIBC FCIB 1st Pay.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. an electronic receipt will be sent to your email address on file.
